State Street Global Advantage Funds (GAF) aim at above-average returns and below-average risk by high-valued exposure to global equity markets with below-average risk. Domiciled in Luxembourg, these funds are registered for public distribution in Germany and Austria.

They are managed by State Street Global Advisors (SSgA). Keppler Asset Management Inc (KAM) is the investment advisor.

The Global Advantage Funds family :

The Emerging Markets High Value Subfund focuses on attractively valued equity in the emerging markets. The objective of the fund is to outperform the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Emerging Markets Index over holding periods of three to five years.

The Major Markets High Value focuses on the world’s most attractively valued major equity markets. The objective of the fund is to outperform the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) World Index over holding periods of three to five years.

The Global Advantage Funds seek to gain from the benefits offered by global diversification as opposed to investment in a single national market, both in terms of opportunities for profit and limitation of risk. The funds are aimed at investors who are aware that historically stocks have outperformed both bonds and cash in the long run, but who are prepared to accept the periodical fluctuation of equity markets in general and the above-average risk of emerging markets in particular.
